Kisah Jalan-Jalan

Assalamulaikum w.b.t.

Aha! Jelez tak tengok set memanah kat atas tu?Ader sape-sape yang berminat nak main perang-perang dengan e'den?.. Jangan main-main tau. Nampak jer macam barang hiasan, tapi kalo dah kena.. ke hospital jawab nyer.. hihihi.. =P

Actually, tak niat pon nak beli satu. Tapi mengenangkan aku asyek kena kutok ngan member-member sekolah dengan gelaran Si Sumpit and etc. So, aku angkat la satu. (Siap la ko orang, aku panah satu persatu.. Muahahahaha..) Takut?.

Sebenarnya dah lama dah teringin nak beli satu buat hiasan, tapi asyek jumpe yang mahal aje. Kebetulan masa pergi jalan-jalan ke tamu Selangau tempoh hari ngan sapik, terserempaklah ngan akak rainbow kat dalam gamba nie la pulak. Punya la tekun dia bertukang memasang set memanah tu kat tepi gerai dia. Dah alang-alang tengok, aku mengayat la sekali.. tup-tup dia kasi diskaun la pulak, RM20 aje satu set..dengan tak tahu malu aku pon angkat la satu.. hihi...

Sori la kak tak sempat tanya name dan mintak contect nunber, tapi kalo ko orang singgah cari jer gerai kak tu kat area-area tepi tamu dekat ngan sungai.

Planet Green (#002)

Join the GREEN PARTY

Throwing a party? Make it environmentally friendly. Far too much waste in generated through-out leftovers and disposable party product.

1. DISPOSABLES - Instead of serving food and drinks in polystyrene or paper cups and plates, use ceramic, glass or melamine. This can be bought cheaply at a thrift store or even rented. Have someone with the washing up, and encourage party goers to wash their own dishes. Or hire the services of a caterer that takes all the dirty dishes back and off your hands.

2. FOOD -Instead of having barbecue, switch it to the healthier, fresh and safe food product that have less additives (try organic based product). To prevent food wastage, plan for 70 - 80 percent of the estimated turnout, and have takeaway bags ready for leftovers.

3. DECORATING - Make decorations from recycled materials such as used wrappers, fabric, leaves or flowers. Displaying children's crafts is a winner at children's parties.

4. ENTERTAINMENT - Screen an educational documentary on wildlife preservation, or an interesting video about you and your friends ( to refresh some memories together). For music, include local musicians, records or world music albums to keep cultural heritages alive.

5. LIGHTING - outdoor parties are cool as they can be held with natural light, while indoor ones you can use low-powered lighting such as LED, saving precious energy. projecting messages onto a plain background or screening patterns and photos saves material costs as well as the waste from banners. If you like candles, used soy-based ones which, unlike paraffin candles, emit very little carbon and soot.

6. RECYCLING - Provides boxes with labels for sorting and recycling, and another box or bucket for waste that can be composted.

Tak perasan pon bila dia datang dekat, maklumlah pasar tu memang sesak ngan manusia. Dah nak gawai nie, biase la makcik-makcik dan pokcik-pokcik sibuk mencari barang persiapan untuk perayaan.

Lelaki Cina: Hello, are you from Borneo Post? (local newspaper)

Aku: Erm.. Nop, Why? I'm just a student from UPM.( bluer la jugak muke e'den menjawap soalan dia, sebab mase tu tengah sakan snap gambo)

Lelaki Cina: Owh.. nothing (Dia just bla jer macam tu..)

aku pon tersenyum sambil terkebil-kebil lepas dia bla sabil berbuku di hati 'ape hal pulak?, ader rupe reporter kew aku nih'

Then after that, baru la aku perasan yang dia nie ngah buat lawatan mencemar duli di pasar tu bersama-sama ahli parlimen Sibu yang baru. wahahaha... padan la tanya soalan tu kat aku macam tu.. budget aku cari bahan article ker?.. huhuh tak layak lagi rase nyer nak jadi reporter nie.. tulis report thesis pon tak betul lagi huhhuhu...

BOOK review

Tajuk : Kemunculan Dajal dan Ya’juj Ma’juj
Penulis : Maulana Muhammad Ali
Penerbit : Pustaka Azhar, Johor Bahru, Johor
ISBN : 978-985-40212-7-0

Ulasan Editor:

Selamat membaca

Melawat Jiran

Assalamulaikum w.b.t.

Semalam petang aku siket punya baik lah.. plan ajak Si Rakib pergi shooting outdoor kat Bintulu Riverfront. Ingat nak tangkap gamba sunset sambil ambil angin petang. Tapi Si Rakib nie buat hal la pulak, hangin aku dibuat nyer. Masuk kali nie dah dua kali dah cancel, yang lepas aku yang buat hal. huhu.. ;p

So, daripada membuang masa duduk melanguk kat dalam bilik macam zombi depan komputer, aku pon tukar la plan ajak Si Rakib, Kerol dan Syafiq pergi melawat rumah jiran kat hujung padang. Penat kami menapak ke rumah banglo mereka tu, dah la agak jauh.. sempat jugak la berpeluh.. samapai-sampai tuan rumah tak ader la pulak.. yang ader isteri-isteri dan anak-anak jer.

So, alang-alang dah sampai kami masuk la jugak tanpa rase segan silu.. bukan aku sorang, ape nak takut.. tapi terdetik jugak la rase takut kalo-kalo suami dia tibe-tiba balik mengamuk. hihi...
Tak sangka dah lame tak datang melawat tibe-tibe mereka ader baby baru.. comel lagi tu.. so aku lape lagi agi, dok main-main la kejap.. lepas puas main ngan budak-budak tu aku pon ape lagi bla lah.. dah nak magrib dah wei.. mak aku kate tak baik dok umah orang lame-lame..

Gamba ibu bersama anak-anaknya (nak amek dekat takut kena tanduk huhuhu...)

Gambo dua beradik yang mesra alam..hihihihi.. anak emak lain-lain kot

Aha! lupe pulak, semalam petang buat pertama kali nyer aku dapat lihat hornbill secara live dan wild.. tibe-tibe jer nampak dia terbang dekat.. fuyo cantik giler!.. Sempat jugak la aku snap gambar sekeping dua.. tapi tak berapa jelas la sbb lens aku tak berapa sesuai untuk tangkap jarak jauh.. (T_T)

p/s: Hari nie pergi Sibu dan Sarikei, esok baru balik.. so tak ader la update untuk esok yer..

WAJIB baca

Assalamulaikum w.b.t.

Cik Ciput nie mewakili rase protes aku terhadap internet connection yang slow bangat nih!... Manusia memang tak pandai bersyukur, dah la free merungut lagi tu.. ish.. ish.. ish..Insaf

Lately, ader banyak pekara yang menggumbirakan happen... Kalo ko orang perasan, last weekend ader news on environmental issue yang telah diutarakan. I'm so happy to hear this news, BUT I just wondering why 2013? Allah know batter than us, hanya Dia yang tahu bila kiamat itu akan tiba.

Tengok, betapa comited nyer our government pasal this issue (please jangan kaitkan dengan isu politik pulak yer). Itu kat kawasan kediaman, macam mana kat kawasan lain pulak?!..tak kan kite nak harap kat Mr./ Mrs. Cleaner untuk jaga kawasan lain tu untuk kita.. I know itu memang tugas mereka, tapi tak salah kan kalo kita sama-sama membantu.. Tak payah nak fikir macam mana nak start. Just watch out your own mess, itu pon sudah cukup.

Planet Green (#001)

Hye!.. I just want to ask you. Yes you. What do you can see from this picture?.. Is it just a pile of rubbish?
Erm.. Nop! it's not, I think you should look it back again carefully.. This time I will help you.

hu.. hu.. hu.. Well that's right, it just a normal view for a dumping area without a dead bodies, babies or etc. that you can see in the housing and industrial area or even in the educational institutions and office. But again I just want to ask, what does this rubbish means for you? For 'Planet Green' this stuff that you just call "rubbish" is a life guard for our world natural resources. As if we can reuse or recycle this thing again.

Yes! I know it's really hard to realizing and maintaining a recycle campaign. BUT ANYTHING IS POSSIBLE IF WE CAN DO IT TOGETHER. Here are some of my own tips which I think is possible to be implant in our culture

  1. We need to have a recycling centre in every town or mini recycling center that are well publish and advertise. It's easy, just put an advertisement stacker in every dustbin in the housing area or have a mini notice/advertisement in a dumping area.
  2. Start a mini campaign, the easiest way is by using the school kids. These kids will be our campaign agent among their own family. Do it in an interesting way, such as conducting a mini contest on collecting the recycling material among classes (which I think is a good activities after exam) and teach them how to make their own craft by using this materials in the art class which I sure that you guyz have some experience with it.
  3. In the rural or remote area where people are hard to reach the recycling center. Have an alternative action, where the recycling guy start their lorry and collect the recycling material from this area. Do it annually and make sure the community are aware about this activities or alse they will throw or burn away their stuff.
  4. Have a garage sale to make some money.
  5. People like students in higher institutions, or the members in nature club is the best agent to promote recycling activities among community by having some seminar, talk, and other activities that can kept the community awareness.
If you guyz want add some more idea or even share some of your own experience in the recycle activities with others. I'm very please to read your comment in this post.

Together we can make life batter by recycle!.. beside you can refund your money too!!.. hihihi...
